The Business Insights Specialist plays a pivotal role in shaping business strategy by challenging conventional benchmarks and aligning insights with organisational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and conduct in-depth investigations of business issues, producing actionable insights to support decisions by the Customer Service Leadership Team.
  • Represent the team in meetings and forums, ensuring Customer Service needs are considered and informing the Insights team of relevant activities.
Customer Focus
  • Collaborate with key areas to develop consistent practices, tools, and insights that enhance Customer Service delivery.
  • Utilise analysis to identify barriers to delivering exceptional customer service, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Deliver targeted insights to optimise customer experience, driving long-term loyalty and growth.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, or a related field (desired).
  • Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality commentary and insights, showcasing analytical prowess.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in analytical and visualisation tools, including SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in contact centres, with a proven track record of success (advantageous).
  • Familiarity with platforms like Tableau and Operative Intelligence (desired).
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement, presentation, and collaboration, with a focus on effective communication.
