Senior Data Insights Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Insights Professional to drive business decisions with data-driven insights.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of people metrics and be able to provide analytical insights to support strategic goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to foster a culture transformation aligned with our objectives.

  • Develop and maintain an effective data analytics strategy in alignment with the organisation's goals.
  • Gather, organise and analyse data from various sources to support data initiatives.
  • Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI or similar tools.
  • Analyse data and provide insights to labour trends within business units.
  • Provide recommendations to leadership based on data-driven analysis.
  • Provide data analytics for reports and papers.
  • Collaborate with IT, HR functions and business units to ascertain and understand specific data requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science/Analytics, Human Resources or related field.
  • Proven experience in data analysis & reporting preferably in HR or people-related field.
  • Experience with programming and systems such as Power BI, SQL, and HR systems.
  • Advanced in Excel, Power BI and knowledge of HRIS systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
