We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Sponsorships Manager to join our Client Marketing team.

About the Role
  • Lead the identification, evaluation, and selection of strategic sponsorship opportunities aligned with brand goals.
  • Develop and manage an annual sponsorship calendar in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Negotiate sponsorship contracts to secure maximum value and brand visibility.
  • Oversight of the end-to-end delivery of sponsorships—from briefing and branding to event presence and stakeholder alignment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure messaging consistency and amplification across owned and earned channels.
  • Develop detailed post-event reports, measure performance, and recommend improvements for future sponsorships.
  • Able to balance stakeholder needs across sales, editorial, brand and commercial teams with strategic agility.
  • Confident managing vendor relationships, activation teams, and live event logistics.
Requirements
  • A marketing professional with 5+ years' experience in trade marketing, partnerships, or sponsorships—preferably in media or advertising.
  • Proven track record managing external sponsorships and activations that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Strong project manager with exceptional organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
