Job Summary:

The University of Adelaide is seeking a highly skilled Sponsorship Administrator to join our team. This exciting opportunity will provide the successful candidate with the chance to make an impact and provide essential support to our organization.

About the Role:

  • Reporting to the Manager, Sponsorship and Community Relations, the Sponsorship Administrator will be responsible for reviewing and providing recommendations on sponsorship requests and agreements.
  • The role will also involve supporting the review and delivery of sponsorship reporting.
  • Working closely with the Marketing, Brand and Events teams and other relevant internal stakeholders and key external core partners.

Key Requirements:

  • High-level administrative skills including database management and record keeping.
  • Proficient in using MS Office Suite and Microsoft Teams.
  • The ability to be self-organised to effectively prioritise multiple concurrent projects within tight deadlines.
  • Superior written communication skills with an eye for detail.
  • Strong customer service skills with the capacity to maintain effective relationships with stakeholders including senior leadership.
