Job Title: Territory Development Manager

Job Description:

As a Territory Development Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our Food Service footprint across VIC. Your key objective will be to manage 25+ distributor accounts, create new business opportunities, and ensure our products are prominently displayed across the state.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive incremental volume and unlock new business across Melbourne's CBD and western corridor with End Users and Distributors, primarily in the HORECA space.
  • Build strong relationships with distributors and end users.
  • Execute national campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
  • Report on performance and market trends to inform strategy.
  • Champion our values, safety standards, and quality promise.
About You / Qualifications:
  • Experience in FMCG or foodservice sales is highly desirable.
  • A growth mindset and hunger to succeed.
  • A natural flair for influencing, negotiating, and relationship-building.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
