Chief Diversity and Inclusion Strategist
About the RoleThis is an exceptional opportunity to lead a global change program across our investments team, driving inclusivity as a recognised strength. You will design and implement initiatives to attract, develop, and retain diverse talent.
- Partner with senior leaders to achieve desired outcomes.
- Demonstrate business value aligned to our diversity, equity, and inclusion plans.
- Support the delivery of our three-year diversity, equity, and inclusion plan as it pertains to investments.
- Attract, develop, and retain mid-to-senior level female talent from non-traditional career paths.
- Design and implement strategic initiatives to drive behavioural change and increased representation and success of key cohorts of diversity.
- Provide guidance, support, and input into internal and external reporting requirements as it relates to DE&I accountabilities.
- Play a key role as implementation manager with the Male Champions of Change network.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strategic business partnering or organisational development experience.
- Extensive experience in designing, implementing, and delivering diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Proven experience successfully delivering complex programs of change.
- Exceptional skills in coaching and influencing senior executives to drive change.
- Leadership and collaboration skills are critical for this role.
- Prior experience working in a high growth environment is highly desirable.
