As an Inclusion and Experience Manager, you will lead the development of comprehensive strategies to foster a diverse workforce and inclusive environment.
About the PositionThis leadership role involves designing and implementing strategic initiatives to cultivate an inclusive culture, drive diversity and inclusion, and promote employee wellbeing.
About the Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive Inclusion & Wellbeing strategies, policies, and initiatives
- Influence senior leaders to cultivate an inclusive culture and drive change
- Advocate for diversity and inclusion by leading a DEI and Wellness committee and driving employee resource groups
- Design programs and systems to support the attraction and development of underrepresented talent
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Tertiary qualifications in human resources, organisational development, psychology, or sociology
- Proven experience leading diversity and inclusion initiatives and programs
- Strong influencing, leadership, and decision-making skills
