Senior Inclusion Leader

Creating an inclusive, diverse and forward-thinking workplace is a priority. As we continue to grow, we're seeking an experienced leader to drive our Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) agenda and shape Early Careers programs.
Main Responsibilities:- Embed inclusive practices across recruitment, development and workforce planning.
- Deliver impactful programs that increase representation of underrepresented groups.
- Design and manage Early Careers initiatives including graduates, interns and apprenticeships, creating talent pipelines for the future.
- 5+ years' experience in I&D, Organisational Development or generalist HR.
- A track record of delivering practical I&D programs and early talent initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence at all levels.
