Lead Inclusion Strategist

We're seeking a skilled professional to drive our inclusion and diversity agenda, shaping early careers programs and embedding inclusive practices across the organization.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Develop and execute an effective inclusion strategy, promoting diversity and fostering a culture of belonging.
    • Craft impactful programs that increase representation, including initiatives for underrepresented groups.
    • Design and manage early careers initiatives, creating strong talent pipelines for the future.
    • Promote partnerships with senior leaders, universities, industry bodies, and community partners to strengthen the organization's brand and impact.
    • Provide strategic insights and data-driven recommendations to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in inclusion and diversity, organizational development, or general HR.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering practical I&D programs and early talent initiatives.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
  • Energy, resilience, and adaptability in fast-paced, complex environments.
  • Degree qualifications in business, HR, or a related discipline desirable.
