
Inclusion and Diversity Leader

We're seeking a skilled professional to drive our inclusion and diversity agenda, shaping early careers programs and embedding inclusive practices across the organization.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an effective inclusion strategy, promoting diversity and fostering a culture of belonging.
- Craft impactful programs that increase representation, including initiatives for underrepresented groups.
- Design and manage early careers initiatives, creating strong talent pipelines for the future.
- Promote partnerships with senior leaders, universities, industry bodies, and community partners to strengthen the organization's brand and impact.
- Provide strategic insights and data-driven recommendations to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in inclusion and diversity, organizational development, or general HR.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering practical I&D programs and early talent initiatives.
- Proven stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
- Energy, resilience, and adaptability in fast-paced, complex environments.
- Degree qualifications in business, HR, or a related discipline desirable.
