Drive the delivery of a national program to create inclusive employment opportunities for people with disability, grow high-performing teams and partnerships across a defined regional footprint.
About the Role:- Make possibilities a reality for people with intellectual disability.
- As a Regional Leader, you will lead the successful delivery of the program across a defined region, driving employment outcomes and ensuring Endeavour Foundation's reputation as a provider of choice.
- Lead, coach and develop a team to deliver high-quality employment support.
- Manage performance against key metrics, including caseload, revenue and service delivery KPIs.
- Build strategic partnerships to drive inclusive employment and business growth.
- Ensure contract compliance, financial sustainability and continuous improvement.
- Champion Endeavour Foundation's values and lead with purpose, safety and impact.
- You're a values-driven leader who thrives on purpose, growth and impact.
- You bring proven leadership in employment, disability or community services, strong commercial acumen and budget management skills.
- You have experience building networks and partnerships, ability to lead teams through change while maintaining high performance.
- Tertiary qualifications in business, human services or related fields are highly desirable.
