Inclusive Workforce Operations Leader

We are seeking an exceptional leader to drive high-performing operations in a dynamic, people-focused environment. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for leading our delivery of inclusive employment initiatives, driving strong contract and financial performance, quality and compliance standards, and ensuring fantastic customer service.
This role provides high-level advice, analysis, and strategic input to the General Manager, Employment Services, including self-directed business improvement initiatives.
- Lead high-performing operations in a dynamic, people-focused environment.
- Drive operational growth, stakeholder relationships, and contract compliance.
- Make a difference supporting individuals with disabilities to achieve quality outcomes.
- Drive a collaborative and positive team culture.
- Be part of an organization committed to helping individuals succeed.
Proven experience in a Senior Management role, driving contract objectives and quality outcomes to achieve revenue and contractual Key Performance Indicators is required. If you are driven to make a difference and support others to succeed, we'd love to hear from you.
