Bids Manager Role

This is a challenging and rewarding position for an experienced professional to contribute to our national team of bid specialists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participating in a collaborative team environment across the national bids team
  • Effectively producing and managing high-quality engagement-specific and panel bids following established procedures
  • Cultivating expertise among partners and supporting pitch teams on achieving optimal outcomes
  • Guiding opportunity qualification (bid/no bid) in accordance with established criteria
  • Collaborating with partners and subject matter experts to define compelling value propositions
  • Creating quality content, accurately proofreading, and editing content while ensuring brand-compliant design and formatting
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have approximately 7 years of experience in a similar capacity within a professional services environment. Your skillset should include initiative, commercial acumen, self-awareness, project management skills, and excellent business writing, proofreading, and editing abilities.
