About This Role

Main Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for fund managers and investors.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client to ensure solutions and client service are well placed.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize operations and improve the client experience.
  • E nsure all managed fund activities comply with regulations and internal policies.
  • B uild a high performing team through guidance, coaching, and mentoring.
  • C ollaborate closely with offshore teams and manage direct reports.
  • P articipate in business development activities to grow the division and attract new clients.
