Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for managing merchandisers, driving sales growth, and expanding our customer base within their assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
- Build strong relationships within their portfolio of customers within the Impulse and Convenience channel.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients and prospects to understand their needs, present product offerings, and negotiate sales agreements.
- Collaborate with wholesalers and internal customer teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful sales outcomes.
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports to management and clients as required.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in the CRM system.
- Deliver to sales KPI's.
- Sales and/or FMCG experience preferred.
- Basic Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and Power Bi skills.
- Outgoing, approachable, and passionate about sales, as they manage the territory as if it's their own business across their various Impulse and Convenience customers.
- They are a confident communicator and have the ability to adapt their communication style.
- Able to travel and stay away from home every 6 weeks for 2 nights each trip.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage and plan time effectively.
- This position requires a valid Full Driver's License.
- Willingness to be on the road Mon-Fri within the assigned territory.
