  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Growth: Identify and convert new opportunities in partnership with the Content Director.
  • Support: Provide responsive support, resolving queries and ensuring smooth communication.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve operational issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

  • Solid production experience across digital, social, and branded content.
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager with a strong track record in business development, driving maximum growth.
  • Excellent attention to detail and highly organised mindset.
