This specialist sits within a client-focused services function and works closely with various teams to achieve this goal. Key responsibilities include designing blended learning content, tracking training effectiveness, maintaining compliance records, and aligning agent knowledge with customer-facing content.

Core Responsibilities
  • Training and Development:

    Design, deliver, and evaluate onboarding and upskilling programs for contact centre teams. This involves creating interactive learning experiences that cater to adult learners' needs.

  • Knowledge Management:

    Owning and maintaining the knowledge base is a critical aspect of this role. Ensuring accuracy, usability, and governance standards are met is essential.

  • Operational Support & AI Enablement:

    Acting as a subject matter expert for training platforms and knowledge tools is crucial. Driving adoption of AI tools and Learning Management System (LMS) usage is also key.
