  • We are seeking a highly skilled Knowledge Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Member and Employer Experience business unit, you will play a critical role in the design, implementation, and ongoing development of our cloud-based Knowledge Management platform.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across all levels to build and deliver a single source of truth for front-line and operational teams.
  • Design architecture for the Knowledge Management solution, ensuring compliance with information design principles.
  • Work with Subject Matter Experts to create clear and concise Knowledge Management content and artefacts.
  • Ensure content meets legislative, regulatory, and business requirements.
  • Engage with stakeholders to increase understanding of the platform and maximize adoption.
  • Manage ongoing content requests and ensure knowledge content is accurate and current through regular review cycles.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in implementing a Knowledge Management platform, combined with a deep understanding of Knowledge Management technology.
  • Experience in a highly regulated industry, preferably Superannuation or financial services.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage people at all levels and manage conflicting priorities.
  • Experience in service-led design principles would be advantageous.
