Expert Knowledge Manager

The role of a Knowledge Management Specialist is to improve customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction and drive cost efficiency through better management of internal knowledge.
We are seeking an experienced professional to contribute to the operationalization of our Knowledge Management Framework aligned with our strategic goals through clear and actionable processes, standards, and procedures.
The successful candidate will have 4+ years' experience in knowledge management, information science, organisational development or related field, preferably in Financial Services or FinTech.
- Demonstrated experience in technical writing including producing, reviewing and documenting to a high standard, specific to process and procedure writing, and ensuring accuracy and adherence to relevant style guides and standards from effective information gathering.
- Demonstrated ability to apply quality written, verbal and interpersonal skills, including ability to interpret and apply policy, guidelines, business rules, analyse system processes and process map solutions.
- Extensive experience in developing standards, processes and procedures.
The ideal candidate will be able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, including facilitating workshops with different audiences. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders are essential.
