About the RoleYou will collaborate with stakeholders across all levels to build and deliver a single source of truth for our front-line and operational teams, ensuring a consistent and seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities- Design the architecture of the Knowledge Management solution in accordance with information design principles.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to create clear, concise Knowledge Management content and artefacts.
- Ensure content complies with legislative, regulatory, and business requirements.
- Engage with stakeholders to increase understanding of the platform and maximise adoption.
- Manage ongoing content requests to ensure purposeful and accurate knowledge content.
- Previous experience in implementing a Knowledge Management platform and deep understanding of Knowledge Management technology.
- Experience in a highly regulated industry, such as finance or professional services.
- Exceptional attention to detail and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage people across all levels.
