This includes designing and delivering training sessions, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, creating comprehensive documentation, and leading quality assurance and optimisation of knowledge workflows.
">About You:
- A minimum 4 years' experience in knowledge management, information science or related field, preferably in Financial Services or FinTech.
- Demonstrated expertise in technical writing including producing, reviewing and documenting specific processes and procedures, ensuring accuracy and adherence to relevant style guides and standards.
- Extensive experience in developing standards, processes and procedures.
