You will identify, evaluate and embed best practices across the organisation to enhance collaboration, consistency and content quality. About You:

  • A minimum 4 years' experience in knowledge management, information science or related field, preferably in Financial Services or FinTech.
  • Demonstrated expertise in technical writing including producing, reviewing and documenting specific processes and procedures, ensuring accuracy and adherence to relevant style guides and standards.
  • Extensive experience in developing standards, processes and procedures.
