Part Time Payroll & Hr Administration Officer

This role is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who is skilled in payroll management and administration.

The Role
  • End to end Monthly & Fortnightly Payroll including processing of pay, managing employee data, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Expense Management including processing expense claims, preparing financial reports, and maintaining accurate records
  • Payroll Reconciliations and Audits including reviewing payroll data, identifying discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions
  • Journals and Month End Reporting including preparing and submitting financial statements, and providing insights into business performance
  • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Hr Administration tasks including recruitment, employee onboarding, and benefits management
Your Profile
  • Minimum 2 years experience in payroll management and administration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Intermediate Excel skills with experience using spreadsheets for data analysis and reporting
  • Ability to take initiative and solve problems independently
