We are seeking a highly skilled Application Workflow Specialist to deliver winning solutions for our clients. This role demands a deep understanding of scientific and analytical chemistry workflows, including sample preparation, wet chemistry, and advanced instrumentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enable customer success through sales support, onsite instrument training, method optimization, and ongoing technical support.
  • Provide expertise and technical consultancy on Agilent solutions for customers' specific needs.
  • Analyze customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's, master's, or PhD in chemistry/biochemistry or other life science discipline is required.
  • 10+ years of experience in analytical, scientific, or contract testing labs or the scientific instrument industry.
  • Hands-on experience with gas chromatography (GC), liquid chromatography (LC), mass spectrometry (MS), and key markets like food safety, environmental, and/or life science research.

Benefits:

  • This full-time position includes the option to work remotely.
  • Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time within Australia and New Zealand as well as outside these regions when required.
