Job Title: AI and Legal Workflow Expert

This is a challenging role that requires expertise in Artificial Intelligence and legal workflows.

The successful candidate will work with clients to identify their business challenges and develop tailored technology solutions using AI platforms and DMS tools.

  • Conduct pre-sales discovery, demos, and workshops for AI & DMS solutions
  • Collaborate with Business Development Managers to identify and qualify opportunities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level legal and tech stakeholders
  • Maintain deep product knowledge of AI platforms and DMS tools
  • Translate legal business challenges into custom tech solutions
  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver custom solutions
  • Provide client feedback to enhance product development
About the Role
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar
  • Proven experience in pre-sales or legal tech consulting (AI/DMS focus a plus)
  • Strong understanding of AI applications and legal workflows
  • Excellent communication skills – technical and non-technical audiences
  • Customer-centric approach and strong commercial acumen
  • Familiarity with SaaS models and enterprise legal clients
