A rapidly growing e-commerce company is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join its third-party sellers team. This dynamic role involves building and nurturing relationships with diverse sellers, helping them maximize their success on the online store. As a trusted advisor, you'll leverage the company's tools to help businesses expand their customer base and increase sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing sellers.
- Help sellers adopt the right programs and tools to optimize their growth on the online store.
- Analyze industry and internal data to identify opportunities and provide recommendations to help sellers achieve their goals.
- Gather and relay seller feedback to internal teams to improve both seller and end-customer experiences.
- Implement and track metrics to measure success of the sellers in your portfolio and uncover new opportunities.
A Day in the Life
In this role, you'll connect with sellers to understand their needs, collaborate with product teams on solutions, and analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities.
You'll participate in team meetings to share insights and work together on innovative approaches to support our sellers.
