**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Visual Merchandiser to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing product displays online, ensuring a seamless customer experience across all digital channels.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating product grids and visual merchandising category layouts using various tools and platforms.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align product offerings with commercial priorities and strategies.
  • Maintaining consistency between editorial content and product offerings.
  • Merchandising products on the Homepage aligned with editorial priorities.

Main Responsibilities:

Product Grid Creation

The ideal candidate will have expertise in creating visually appealing product grids that drive sales and improve customer engagement. They will work closely with the Merchandise team to select and display products online, ensuring a seamless customer journey.

Visual Merchandising

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining visual merchandising category layouts that meet commercial priorities and strategies. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to align product offerings and maintain consistency between editorial content and product offerings.

E-Commerce Performance Metrics

The candidate will analyze website page performance and navigation paths to optimize e-commerce performance. They will track traffic and sales, adapting e-merch to optimize conversion rate and maximize average basket.

Retail Merchandising

The E-Commerce Visual Merchandiser will also be responsible for retail merchandising, including cross-checking sales performance by stores, analyzing product sales performance and identifying trends, and contributing to yearly budget and re-estimation planning.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

The successful candidate will collaborate with Group digital team, Metiers, Regional Retail merchandising teams, VM, and Communications to ensure alignment and consistency across all digital channels.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in e-commerce visual merchandising or related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices.
  • Expertise in creating visually appealing product grids and visual merchandising category layouts.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
