**The Role**
The E-Commerce Specialist is responsible for leading the strategic development, implementation, promotion, growth, daily operations, and ongoing business management of all e-commerce platforms for the Swatch and Flik Flak brands. The expected outcome of the E-Commerce Specialist is to develop business plans, achieve required sales targets, drive business profitability, increase traffic to the website/s, improve the customer experience and increase conversion rates.
**Responsibilities**
- Establish and implement e-commerce plans in line with global strategy
- Develop, implement, and achieve sales targets for all e-commerce platforms
- Analyse trading performance and recommend activities to support driving increased traffic and e-commerce site conversion to maximize sales
- Maintain e-commerce website content based on new collection launches and sales opportunities in line with brand guidelines
- Work with Brand's Marketing Specialist to continually drive, optimise SEO and drive traffic to the website
- Manage the customer care portal ensuring that the highest level of care is given at all times.
- Coordinate all inventory planning and stock allocation
- Drive and manage the digital strategy for the website
- Plan and forecast sales budgets across all brand e-commerce channels
- Reporting relating to all e-commerce platforms
**Skills**
- Extensive e-commerce experience with a strong sales performance focus
- Demonstrated achievements in e-commerce, Omnichannel retailing, increasing sales, customer insights/analytics and database management
- Proficient in Adobe suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Microsoft suite, SAP and Salesforce.
- Strong background in online customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies
- Ability to provide the highest level of customer service across multiple platforms and ensure that the customer experience is always outstanding
- Proactive attitude, highly organised and able to work in a matrix organisation
- Attention-to-detail essential
