Job Title: Digital Commerce Specialist

About the Role

As a Digital Commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the strategic development and implementation of e-commerce platforms for our brands. Your goal will be to develop business plans, achieve required sales targets, drive business profitability, increase traffic to the website/s, improve the customer experience, and increase conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and implement e-commerce strategies in line with global goals
  • Develop, implement, and achieve sales targets for all e-commerce platforms
  • Analyse trading performance and recommend activities to support driving increased traffic and e-commerce site conversion to maximize sales
  • Maintain e-commerce website content based on new collection launches and sales opportunities in line with brand guidelines
  • Work with our Marketing Specialist to continually drive, optimise SEO and drive traffic to the website
  • Manage the customer care portal ensuring that the highest level of care is given at all times
  • Coordinate all inventory planning and stock allocation
  • Drive and manage the digital strategy for the website
  • Plan and forecast sales budgets across all brand e-commerce channels
  • Reporting relating to all e-commerce platforms

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Extensive e-commerce experience with a strong sales performance focus
  • Demonstrated achievements in e-commerce, Omnichannel retailing, increasing sales, customer insights/analytics, and database management
  • Proficient in Adobe suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Microsoft suite, SAP, and Salesforce
  • Strong background in online customer acquisition, re-engagement, and retention strategies
  • Ability to provide the highest level of customer service across multiple platforms and ensure that the customer experience is always outstanding
  • Proactive attitude, highly organised, and able to work in a matrix organisation
