Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented Executive Support Professional to join our Melbourne legal support team on a full-time basis. As an Executive Support Professional, you will work closely with the Legal Assistants in your practice group to provide administrative support to legal and business services staff, enhancing our client experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Delivering high-quality, accurate work while managing deadlines, responding to change, and prioritising competing tasks.
- Scanning, printing, or photocopying relevant documents as needed by the practice group support colleague or Lawyer.
- Providing ad-hoc support to the group or division, such as handling incoming mail, answering the telephone, amending documents, and other administrative duties.
- Preparing files for archiving and managing the return and retrieval of files according to firm guidelines.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A minimum of 0-12 months of administrative experience.
- Impeccable attention to detail.
- Previous customer service experience.
- The ability to work five days per week in the office.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm and proactivity in the workplace.
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
The estimated annual salary for this role is AU$55,000 - AU$65,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
