As a Marketing Campaign Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing, managing, and executing marketing campaigns with a focus on organic and gifting-based engagement strategies. With your strategic mindset, you will work within a specialist team and with brand teams on the client side to develop best practices and manage operations and third-party fulfillment partners.
You will collaborate with media, PR, social, brand activation, digital, and all other internal and external stakeholders to deliver best-in-class campaigns. You will need to stay up to date with cultural and social trends and customers' views and attitudes to ensure that our campaigns are relevant and effective.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and execute marketing campaigns with a focus on nano and micro-creator communities
- Be responsible for the day-to-day running of marketing campaigns, from identification and implementation to overseeing and reporting
- Work in partnership with brand team leads, marketing executives, and analysts
- Actively contribute to the marketing strategy by recommending objectives, targets, action plans, calendars, and budgets
- Align and collaborate with media, PR, social, brand activation, digital, and all other stakeholders, internal and external, to deliver best-in-class campaigns for our clients
- Maintain and build successful client relationships, selling in ideas and content streams in quick turnaround and high-pressure situations
- Present creative and sell content solutions to internal stakeholders and new and existing clients

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
