Marketing Campaign Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Category Marketing Coordinator to join Anaconda's marketing team, responsible for developing and implementing category campaign propositions that drive business objectives.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Marketing professional to join our vibrant team culture where we encourage pace, innovation, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, facilitate, and implement category campaign propositions and briefs in line with marketing plans.
- Align all Brand Communications to Brand vision, strategy, and adherence to brand style guide.
- Work cross-functionally to manage multi-channel campaigns, ensuring a seamless end-to-end customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure alignment in marketing strategies and initiatives.
- You will have prior relevant experience of at least 2+ years in a similar position within Marketing.
- You must be passionate and knowledgeable about outdoor products, including Camping, Fishing, and Hiking.
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or Business Degree are required.
- You should be able to multitask and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Experience in a retail environment is desirable.
- You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong problem-solving abilities.
- A competitive salary package with a base salary of $80,000 - $90,000 per annum, plus Super and Profit Share.
