About the Opportunity
The Leisure Marketing team at RACV is responsible for developing and delivering the strategic marketing plan across the Leisure portfolio, driving acquisition, engagement, and strengthening relationships with existing Members and customers. This includes proposition development, marketing strategy development/optimisation, and Member and customer engagement/utilisation.

Job Description
The Marketing Coordinator will be instrumental in ensuring the Leisure Marketing team delivers exceptional service. The role involves:
  • Developing and creating weekly newsletters and web briefs by liaising with product stakeholders to support business needs.
  • Development and creation of service communications, including eDM and SMS, to RACV Club Members.
  • Coordinating photo and video shoots to help support content calendar and marketing campaigns.
  • Developing campaign plans and briefs, which facilitate operational planning (and implementation), the media & creative development process (agency side) and fulfilment (mailing houses etc.).
  • Coordinating the production of campaign elements, including monthly Club benefits, events, and partnership activities, on-site advertising, and in-room screens, ensuring appropriate sign-off from relevant parties.
  • Supporting the Marketing Lead and Marketing Consultant in executing certain campaign elements.
  • Developing collateral as appropriate to support the leisure portfolio.
  • Tracking campaign progress and communications, continually optimising and refining (as necessary), and reporting performance across lead indicators on a weekly basis.
  • Demonstrating creative excellence and generating effective outcomes across all communication mediums.
  • Managing the leisure marketing inbox.
  • Delivering campaigns on time and on budget, and ensuring campaign targets are met.
  • Realising tangible business improvement opportunities from campaign activity.
  • Supporting the Marketing Lead and Marketing Consultant with Post-Implementation Reviews.
