The Role

We are seeking an Associate Product Manager (APM) to join our team. As an APM, you will be responsible for delivering successful client-facing products/features within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, data analytics, and customer success, to execute strategies that enhance user adoption, engagement, retention, and monetization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage changes to product/feature scope, timelines, and resources, ensuring proper documentation and communication.
  • Ensure deliverables meet defined quality standards and client requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and business goals.
  • Actively engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their pain points, and validate product ideas and features.
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and customer needs.
  • Develop detailed product specifications and user stories.
  • Monitor product performance and user feedback, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Communicate product updates and releases to internal stakeholders and customers, ensuring a clear understanding of new features and benefits.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in product management or related roles.
  • Experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
