Job Description

The Account Management team supports the management and growth of our highest priority clients. We build and deepen client relationships, drive pipeline growth, embed consistent account disciplines, and support delivery teams to deliver exceptional client-centric experiences.

Key Responsibilities and Impact
  • Work closely with Lead Client Partners (LCPs) and supporting account teams across three priority accounts.
  • Develop and execute account plans with LCPs, aligned to firm and industry priorities.
  • Drive consistent account disciplines by establishing and maintaining an effective account operating rhythm.
  • Collaborate across lines of service and drive pipeline growth by proactively identifying opportunities.
  • Maintain high-quality account data and reporting to support transparent and real-time decision making.
  • Leverage tools and data to support account planning, client conversations, and drive insights.
  • Track progress and ensure accountability for key account actions across the teams.
