Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Continuity Expert to join our Motor Claims team. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our business continuity plans are up-to-date and effective.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of business continuity plans and procedures
  • Generate reports on risk assessments, incident responses, and performance metrics
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Collaborate with teams to conduct risk assessments and identify potential risks
  • Participate in crisis management teams during actual incidents
  • Coordinate and undertake response efforts, including communication, resource planning, and deployment activities
  • Develop and maintain awareness of business continuity and disaster recovery measures
  • Conduct post-incident reviews and analyze areas for improvement
  • Stay informed about emerging risks and trends in the motor insurance industry
Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience in general claims management
  • Stakeholder management experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical ability and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated understanding of legislative, regulatory, and compliance obligations
