We are seeking a skilled Roster Coordinator to join our team at mecwacare in Malvern. This is a fast-paced role that involves rostering Direct Care Workers and nurses to provide aged care and nursing services in clients' homes and the community.

This position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multitask between phones, emails and rostering systems. You will need to be proactive, have a logical mind and be able to see the bigger picture.

As a key member of our client services team, you will work closely with case managers, clients and field staff to ensure timely and accurate record keeping. Your excellent communication skills and customer service focus will be essential in providing superior support to our clients and staff.

We offer a salary package of around $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as Not-for-profit Salary Packaging benefits, Meals Card and opportunities for career progression.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Rostering and scheduling experience in an aged and disability service environment
  • Proactive attitude and ability to multitask between phones, emails and rostering systems
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Carelink +
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively
