Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and report on asset condition, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Support daily tasks and maintenance planning with the Asset Improvement Coordinators.
  • Scope and plan maintenance, shutdowns, and breakdowns, ensuring optimal equipment longevity.
  • Collaborate with multi-discipline teams to deliver projects and improve processes.

Requirements:
  • Mechanical Trade Qualification or Diploma of Engineering.
  • Solid mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude.
  • Experience in similar roles or readiness to take the next step.
  • NSW Driver's Licence and computer literacy.
  • Passion for improvement and effective communication skills.
