About Our Role

The Position

We are seeking passionate contact centre consultants who will put the customer at the forefront of everything they do by providing excellent service, promoting our brand, and services to potential and existing customers. The ideal candidate will have flexible availability to work weekdays and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inbound and outbound customer communication through phone, email, social platforms, SMS.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by responding to customers' needs or concerns and ensuring the quality of service meets agreed standards.
  • Engage with customers and promote our services.
  • Develop positive relationships with customers to provide the best customer experience.
Essential Requirements:
  • Level 2 First Aid qualification.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Working with Children's Check (Employee status).
  • National Police check upon onboarding.
