PRP Diagnostic Imaging offers a comprehensive range of imaging services through a network of 34 practices across Sydney, Illawarra, Central Coast, Hunter, and Central West. Our Blacktown Contact Centre manages inbound and outbound calls in a modern, purpose-built facility close to public transport, with free onsite parking. The office environment promotes collaboration and potential, featuring a spacious employee breakout area with free drinks and snacks. The Contact Centre operates Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.

About the Position

You will manage the initial contact with patients via inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service by booking imaging procedures and advising on preparations. This role requires high accuracy in navigating systems to input patient and referrer information, process billing, and liaise with doctors and technical staff.

We invest heavily in your success through extensive initial and ongoing training. You will have opportunities to improve systems and processes, contribute to a positive culture, and support team goals of efficiency and customer satisfaction.

This is a permanent part-time position, working from 9am to 3pm, Monday to Friday.

About You

You should have a strong customer service background, preferably in a call or contact centre, with excellent interpersonal skills, compassion, and empathy. You will thrive in a KPI-driven environment, enjoy phone interactions, and be adaptable with great attention to detail. Experience with CRM systems, confidentiality, and professionalism is essential. You should enjoy working both as part of a team and independently, be ambitious, and eager for career growth and performance rewards.
