**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an enthusiastic, confident and vibrant individual to fill the role of Customer Service Officer. This position involves being the first point of contact for all incoming calls and visitors, ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Be the initial point of contact for all incoming calls and visitors and ensure the efficient operation of the office
- Minimize outstanding debtors and reconcile debtors as necessary
- Handle customer inquiries and accounts in a professional and timely manner
- Provide customers with product, service and procedural information
- Accurately set up new customer accounts
- Process credit card payments as required
- Support Operations and Sales staff

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**

- Extensive experience in administration / in-bound call centre / customer service role
- Experience in credit, debtor & cash handling
- A professional and friendly telephone manner as the major focus of this role is telephone based
- Good attention to detail
- A professional approach and positive attitude to your work
