People and Culture Manager Opportunity

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Implementing labour relations plans across the Distribution Centre, ensuring adherence to local policies, procedures, and laws.
  • Executing operational principles from the Global and Country People Strategy through the unit business plan.
  • Maintaining high standards of excellence within the Distribution Centre, collaborating with stakeholders to secure optimal people service delivery.

You will play an advisory role to the Market Manager, providing specialist knowledge and business partnering expertise. You will ensure they are informed on all people topics, including performance, succession, and confidential business matters.

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead and develop the store People and Culture team, delivering innovative solutions to enhance the Co-worker experience.

As an expert in industrial relations, business partnering, and injury management, you will bring extensive knowledge to drive operational success and support co-workers.
