About the Role
The Customer Relations Officer role is vital in connecting our customers' and patients with the medical professionals in our clinics.We are looking for passionate and purpose-driven individuals whose outstanding organisational and sales skills will help more people get access to better health support products and services.

**Responsibilities**:
Perform sales activities to help more people Use effective questions to undertake needs-based approach to uncover needs Book appropriate appointment types Ensure accuracy of information is recorded in systems with clear notes Work with clients to determine their entitlement to funding & rebates Follow up with existing clients Inspire and champion an 'every call counts' philosophy Be open to feedback, coaching and mentoring to achieve goals Provide administrative support (as needed)About You
