
Expert Customer Support Specialist

The Opportunity
You will be responsible for delivering seamless customer experiences and serving as the primary point of contact for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound and outbound enquiries, ensuring timely resolution and quality standards.
- Acting as the first point of contact, de-escalation and resolution for all customer service queries.
- De-escalating, resolving and following up on complaints from customers without directing them elsewhere.
- Developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of services/products, processes, systems and promotions.
- Delivering industry-leading customer service that differentiates us from competitors.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 1 year's experience working in a fast-paced customer service or contact centre environment.
- Highly developed conflict de-escalation and resolution skills.
- Ability to build rapport, negotiate and form relationships with diverse groups.
- Passion for putting customers first and providing a world-class service experience.
- Customer service-related tertiary qualifications - desirable.
- Building, construction or plumbing industry knowledge - desirable.
- Salesforce or other CRM experience - desirable.
