The ideal candidate will possess expertise, maturity, and strong time management and organisational skills to manage an allocated caseload and complete therapeutic services in a timely manner.
- Assess participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical level of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments.
- Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions that help participants achieve their full potential.
- Mentor graduates and early career clinicians.
- Stay up-to-date with current NDIS legislation to ensure compliance.
