Leadership Role in Multidisciplinary Team

We are seeking a senior clinician to lead our multidisciplinary Whole Family Team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to confidently support a team by coordinating daily tasks and managing intake and referrals. This role involves providing leadership and guidance to staff across sites in the Manning and Hunter Valley regions, fostering collaboration and innovation while delivering high-quality care.

The successful applicant will hold a degree in Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Clinical Psychology or other qualification deemed equivalent by the employer. They must also be eligible to drive in NSW and have a strong commitment to supporting families referred to the program.

This is a pivotal position within our multidisciplinary Whole Family Team, working in close partnership with government agencies to deliver the best possible outcomes for families. As a leader, you will guide and support clinicians across sites, navigating complex cases and fostering a positive, professional culture that facilitates effective service delivery outcomes in a constantly changing environment.

You will effectively manage the day-to-day operations of the Whole Family Team, including clinical and people management. You will also provide senior expertise, leadership, guidance and direction to staff, building a culture that supports collaboration, innovation, and high-quality care.

In this leadership role, you will work closely with the team to develop and implement strategies that promote best practice in family-centred care. You will also contribute to the development of policies and procedures that support the delivery of high-quality services to families referred to the program.
