Speech Pathologist Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Pathologist to join our team in a leadership role. As a senior clinician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality speech pathology services to participants within schools, homes, and communities.

  1. You will be working with clients of all ages, from children to adults, providing treatment goals based on clinical observations and standardized assessments.

  2. In addition to client work, you will be training and supervising junior/new grad staff members, helping them develop their skills and expertise.

  3. Your experience in leading others and delivering services under the NDIS will be invaluable in this role.

  4. You will also be involved in projects that improve clinical practice or service delivery, utilizing your knowledge and expertise to drive positive change.

  5. Regular peer group supervision with allocated mentors and staff members will ensure you stay connected with colleagues and continue to grow professionally.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  1. A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Speech Pathologist and current SPA registration.

  2. Experience delivering services under the NDIS and leading others.

  3. Experience in providing training and supervision to other Speech Pathologists.

  4. A passion for being a leader in your field and delivering quality evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
