Job Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Assistant Clinic Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster daily customer interactions, drive sales growth, and generate new leads
  • Provide support to store staff in achieving sales targets through training, motivation, and feedback
  • Manage appointments for potential customers and assist the Clinician (Audiologist)
  • Implement operational processes and devise strategies to enhance customer engagement, boost store traffic, and increase profitability
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A friendly and driven personality comfortable with daily customer interactions
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and surpass business targets
  • Excellent communication skills, adept at listening, managing people, and problem-solving
  • Flexibility to work retail hours on a rotating schedule
  • Basic computer skills
