Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in insightful discussions with clients to ascertain their requirements and deliver prompt solutions.
  • Develop a range of business solutions, encompassing commercial financing, asset management, and standard banking services.
  • Actively assist clients in realizing their business and personal objectives.
  • Serve as a representative of the brand within the local business landscape, advocating for Commonwealth Bank's offerings.
  • Participate in stakeholder engagements to enhance awareness and cultivate referral networks.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Experience in commercial lending or business-to-business sales.
  • Proficient in financial analysis and possess strong commercial insight.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Effective customer engagement skills, both in-person and remotely.
  • Genuine interest in Small Business clients or relevant experience.
  • FSRA Tier 2 Accreditation, or capability to acquire within a month.
  • Credit Approval Authority (CAA) Level 1 or readiness to obtain within six months.
  • Preferred formal training in Home lending discussions.
