Job Overview

As a key member of our Relationship Executive Team, you'll play a critical role in supporting the team with research, analysis, and developing a comprehensive database of client/industry specific information, ideas, and solutions.

You'll be responsible for undertaking financial modelling and analysis, assessing risks and opportunities on new lending, as well as identifying potential areas for growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare credit submissions for new facilities and coordinate deal execution through documentation and funding
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Analyse financial data and prepare reports on client performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement
  • Work closely with Product Specialists to ensure client requirements are met and exceeded
  • Train and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer service
About You

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have previous experience in commercial or business banking, with a strong understanding of balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and financial modelling.

You'll also need to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues at all levels.

A tertiary qualification in business, finance, or commerce is highly regarded, and you'll need to have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and meeting client expectations.

We offer a competitive salary package, with an estimated annual salary of $120,000 - $150,000 depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
