We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Optimizer to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients achieve optimal results from our software.
Your primary objective will be to proactively identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the client experience. This may involve collaborating with our live accounts, analyzing data, and providing expert advice on how to maximize their use of our software.
You will be a problem solver and creative thinker who is able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Your strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients will be essential in this role.
Responsibilities:- Become an expert on our software to handle unique problems that face clients with their online bookings and reservation management
- Proactively target clients with large opportunities for growth and suggest changes to promote client success
- Build and maintain existing relationships to ensure clients are comfortable using our software
- Understand the differences between our software and other online booking platforms to effectively communicate with clients
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
- Proven ability to keep organized and prioritize workload
- Excellent time management skills
- Well-spoken and well-written
- Comfortable suggesting change and adapting to new ideas
