Senior Merchandising Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior Merchandising Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our merchandising group, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategies to optimize store layouts and improve customer satisfaction.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to inform merchandising decisions
  • Develop and implement space optimization strategies to maximise sales and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of merchandising plans
  • Evaluate the performance of merchandise and make recommendations for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to maintain expertise in merchandising and analytics
  • Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in merchandising, category analysis, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Google and Microsoft systems, including intermediate Excel functions (e.g. pivot tables, formulas, conditional formatting)
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of GCP and/or SQL
  • Familiarity with agency datasets (Quantium, Shopper Intelligence, Circana, etc.)
